We would like to advise that we are still operating and here if you need us.

Our industry and staff have been classified by the government as a Key Industry under Transport – which includes those who will keep air and freight transport modes operating during the COVID-19 response, including those working on transport systems through which supply chains pass. 

We are taking our role very seriously and ensuring that all staff attending the office are keeping a safe distance from each other and sanitising on a regular basis as per government guidelines. 

The safety of all our staff is our top priority and although our office will be manned, the majority of staff will be working from home, with full access and their company phones working. So please continue to call on the office number.

Flights are available on routes that are serviced by freighters, we have the ability to secure charter aircraft where needed. Rates from China are very high at the moment, this is not down to profiteering, simply down to having to account for empty aircraft returning to origin, which is obviously impacting their costs and subsequently rates.

We sincerely hope that we as a nation can get through this crisis as soon as possible and look forward to working with you all when we get to the other side of this terrible disease.
