Our customer approached us, as an order had been placed for one of their specialist disabled access to be delivered and installed onsite in Qatar. This was their first International shipment.

Specialist Equipment would be needed in Qatar to enable the engineers to be able to position the equipment for and underground install.
The specialist equipment and delivery site would need training and approval prior to delivery.

JAG UFS arranged for our professional packers to visit customer’s premises and design bespoke packaging for the product.
Our professional packers built the bespoke crate on customer site, liaising with the customer at all times.
JAG UFS UK worked closely with our partner in Qatar, advising precise and specific instructions for the delivery of the equipment, sourcing specialised loading/unloading equipment to provide a complete service to the customer.
A clear set of requirements were received from Qatar prior to departure to ensure smooth processes with customs.
A team was sent from our partners to the delivery point, where a site survey was completed in Qatar
Our partners qualified forklift driver attended a course for the operation of the specialised equipment needed.
Guaranteed space was required in order to meet the customer’s expectations, working closely with Qatar Airways. Space was secured to arrange for the shipment to arrive 3 days prior to delivery to ensure goods met deadline.
Attendance at the delivery site to witness the unloading and positioning of equipment.
The customer received a complete service from JAG UFS, from inception of order to final delivery and equipment positioned for engineers to install.
All deadlines were met.
